We understand the need for financial assistance with services and items for children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder. We provide mini grants to families in need of services/needs the child including but not limited to vary therapies, equipment, and one time food/clothing certificates etc.

We offer three mini grants per year during the following schedule:

1. Quarter 1: January- April
2. Quarter 2: May- August
3. Quarter 3: September- December

APPLY FOR GRANT

• To be considered you must fill out the application completely.
• Please attach a description of the service needed and how it applies to the family/child directly. Include the price for the service/item and any additional information to support application.
• All information must be provided or application will not be reviewed.
• Only mini-grant recipients will be notified when approved. Please no phone calls.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

1. Money will be paid for service directly or reimbursed with receipts.
2. Only one grant will be awarded per family per year.
3. If any information is missing, application will not be reviewed.
